Vertex was founded in Florida in 2004 as a premier owner and operator of wireless towers. The Vertex Team is committed to providing expert service to nationwide carriers on a local level. Vertex's founder, Alan Ruiz has twenty-five years of experience in the telecommunications tower industry and has been directly responsible for developing hundreds of sites.
Vertex's specialization in the Florida market and local communities has allowed Vertex to provide clients with a superior quality of work, stronger client communication, and greater attention to detail than its competitors. The Vertex Team’s expertise and dedication to each project is evident in their ability to cater to each site's unique needs throughout all project stages, from the initial site walk to the last installation.

Alan Ruiz, Founder & Manager
Alan has over 25 years of experience in the tower industry. In 1997 he cofounded Acme Towers, Inc., which later merged with ClearShot Communications, LLC. In 2004 Alan founded Vertex Development.
Nataliene Troy, Project Manager
Nataliene manages Vertex’s projects diligently through each stage of the development process. Starting from the beginning at Site Acquisition and Leasing to bringing the project through Zoning and Permitting and sees the project through to completion of construction with care.
Sheryl Stafford, Executive Vice President
A seasoned professional with extensive experience in all aspects of wireless real estate, permitting and construction project planning and contract negotiation. Over two decades experience in many aspects of wireless development including business development, tower and leasing management as well as overseeing project management of deadlines and budgets. MBA from University of South Florida and undergraduate from Georgia State University. Licensed as a Florida Real Estate Broker.
William L. Brown, ECM, General Contractor
Bill founded Expert Construction Managers (ECM) in 2001. ECM performs all construction management and general contracting duties for Vertex. Working side-by-side since 2004, ECM and Vertex provide a level of service and quality that is unsurpassed in the tower industry. (CGC1504255)
